We took a vintage horse trailer and custom-built it into a fully-functioning mobile bar that’s ready for any adventure. From mountain meadows to valley vineyards, we show up, set up, and keep the drinks flowing so you can focus on having a good time.

Our Story

We spent years as professional set designers, styling photoshoots for national magazines. That world taught us how to make a space look great, but we wanted to bring that same energy to real-life celebrations. We traded the studio lights for the High Sierra, custom-building a mobile bar that feels right at home in the rugged Nevada frontier.

Our roots run deep in the local land. Our founder serves as the Open Space Commissioner for Carson City. We have a massive amount of respect for the history and beauty of the outdoors, and we love helping people celebrate in it. Whether we’re parked in a backyard or a remote meadow, we’re here to make sure your event looks good and runs perfectly.

Unbridled signifies a celebration set free, inspired by the horse unhooked from the trailer. We have removed the constraints of traditional venues to offer a mobile service with a permanent impact.

With a passion for authentic Western objects and a great sense of balance, she does more than just set up a bar. She builds a space that feels right. This attention to detail ensures the bar becomes a natural gathering point that anchors the entire celebration.

Based in the Carson Valley and proudly serving the California Sierra and Northern Nevada

Due to the artisanal nature of our setup and the varying Sierra terrain, a travel and logistics fee is applied to all bookings. This ensures the trailer and your curated ‘Outdoor Room’ arrive safely and are staged to perfection whether in the heart of the valley or the shadow of Job's Peak.

Current Availability

Our season follows the rhythm of the Sierra weather. To ensure a dedicated, high-end experience for every host, we prioritize a limited number of bookings and do not use an automated calendar.
